Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of khanscend.com (the “site”), run by Khanscend, a business studio based in Kuwait (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What we do: Khanscend builds websites, business tools and AI assistants. This site is for information and to let you contact us. Nothing on it is a binding offer; any project is governed by a separate written agreement or quotation between you and us, which takes priority over these terms.

Our work: the “Work” page shows real client projects and, clearly marked, concept demos we created to illustrate our design work. In the concept demos, the businesses, names, addresses, phone numbers, prices and reviews are invented and do not represent real businesses, clients or endorsements.

Prices: the prices on this site are our published prices for the scope described. The final price and scope for your project are confirmed with you in writing before any work begins.

AI assistants: an assistant answers from the information you give it. You are responsible for checking that information, and for the prices, promises and decisions made in your business's name. We set assistants to hand over to you when they are unsure, but we cannot guarantee that every automated reply is correct.

Third-party platforms: our work runs on services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google and hosting providers. Their rules, prices, outages and decisions, including suspending an account, are outside our control and our responsibility.

Intellectual property: the Khanscend name, logo, site design, text and graphics are our property or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our consent. Ownership of client work is set out in each project agreement.

Your content: when you send us content for your project, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you allow us to use it to design, build and run your project.

External links: the site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties and limit of liability: the site and its information are provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

Changes: we may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and disputes are subject to the Kuwaiti courts.
