Privacy Policy

Khanscend (“we”, “us”) is a business studio based in Kuwait. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website and its forms. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect: when you send our contact form, a project brief at /start, or message us, we receive what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and details, and your message or answers.

Visit statistics: to understand how the site is used, we count visits ourselves, without cookies and without any third-party analytics service. For each visit we record the pages opened and for how long, the site or link you came from, your device type, browser and browser language, and the country and city your connection comes from as reported by our hosting network. We never store your IP address. Your browser keeps a random visitor number so a return visit can be counted as the same visitor; it says nothing about who you are. If you send us a form, that number links your visit history to your enquiry so we can see what you were interested in. Browsers set to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are not counted, and you can clear the number at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Visit records are deleted after about 13 months.

How we use it: to reply to you, prepare a quotation, deliver the work you ask for, and send you a copy of the brief you submitted. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering you and running our business. We do not use your details for anything else.

Who processes it for us: our website and records run on trusted providers that may store data outside Kuwait, including Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery) and, only if our email service is unavailable, FormSubmit (a backup way to deliver the contact form). If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, Meta's own terms apply to that conversation. Each provider handles the data only to provide its service to us.

AI assistants we build for clients: when we build an assistant for a business, it runs on that business's own accounts, and that business is responsible for the conversations it has with its customers.

How long we keep it: enquiries and briefs are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any work together, and for the records the law requires, then deleted.

Sharing: we do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Security: we protect your information with access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we only keep what we need.

Children: this site is for business enquiries and is not directed at children under 18.

Your choices: you can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us at any time by emailing info@khanscend.com.

Changes: we may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.
